Our snoods are super stretchy, so if your pup falls between sizes, pick the smaller size for a snug fit or size up for a looser fit. If it doesn't fit quite right, we offer free size exchanges!

A properly fitted Zoo Snood should slide on smoothly and sit comfortably without compressing your pet's throat or face. You should be able to comfortably slip two fingers between the snood and your pup's neck. Because the yarn stretches, it will naturally relax slightly with wear for a cozy fit!
Will my Zoo Snood shrink?

No! Our Zoo Snoods are crafted from 100% soft acrylic yarn, which naturally resists shrinking—even in warm water. Over time and with wear, the yarn relaxes slightly to form a cozy, comfortable fit.
How should I wash and care for my Zoo Snood?

To keep your Zoo Snood looking its best, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and laying flat to air-dry.
